These Terms of Use ("Terms") are established to govern your access and use of our internal CRM application at Charleswood Roofing, designed specifically for authorized personnel. By accessing or using the application, you acknowledge your understanding of, and agreement to, these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the application.

Account Registration and Use

Access to the account is granted strictly by system administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use or misuse will result in immediate disciplinary action.

The CRM application is intended solely for internal use by Charleswood Roofing to facilitate effective management of client information and service operations. Unauthorized use of this application is strictly prohibited.

As a user, you are prohibited from utilizing the CRM to improperly disclose, share, or exploit client information for personal gain or any unauthorized purpose. Non-compliance with this policy will lead to immediate termination of access and could result in legal actions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the application and its content remain the property of Charleswood Roofing. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the CRM application.

Termination

Charleswood Roofing reserves the right to terminate your access to the CRM for violating these Terms or for any unauthorized use of the application.

Warranties and Disclaimers

The CRM is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Charleswood Roofing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the CRM's operation or the information it contains.

Limitation of Liability

Charleswood Roofing will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the CRM, beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.

Amendments to Terms

Charleswood Roofing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and should be construed accordingly.
